Delete DNS Entries: Must Use Administrative Login To Complete

Still not able to connect to the internet even after rebooting the Modem and Router?

The following steps should resolved the issue:

  • Right Click on the WiFi icon

  • Open the Network & Internet Settings

  • Select Network and Sharing Center

  • Click on the WiFi that you are connected to

  • Click on Properties

  • Select “Internet Protocol Version 4” and then Click on Properties

  • Click on Advanced

  • Select the DNS Tab and remove any entries in the Append these DNS suffixes box

  • Confirmed that the Append primary and Append parent suffixes are selected. Then Click OK
