Still not able to connect to the internet even after rebooting the Modem and Router?
The following steps should resolved the issue:
- Right Click on the WiFi icon
- Open the Network & Internet Settings
- Select Network and Sharing Center
- Click on the WiFi that you are connected to
- Click on Properties
- Select “Internet Protocol Version 4” and then Click on Properties
- Click on Advanced
- Select the DNS Tab and remove any entries in the Append these DNS suffixes box
- Confirmed that the Append primary and Append parent suffixes are selected. Then Click OK
